My upstairs neighbors walks around loudly, like she stomps her feet on the floor. She is a large women but I dont think it has nothing to do with it as many large people walk just normally. Plus the floor squeaks. That combination of stomping and squeaking is driving me crazy.
I know her floor is carpet over concrete so I dont see how it squeaks, but it does. Ironically this is the most expensive apartment that I have lived in.
